El Nido De Bonnie Tres sits on the hill above the old town, high enough for a breeze and a view of the whole bay, low enough that you can walk down to the beach in ten minutes (and take a cab back up for a couple of dollars). The house opens up completely: sliding walls disappear and the living room, kitchen, and pool terrace become one big outdoor room.
Three bedrooms each have their own terrace and air conditioning. The primary suite is on the top floor with a king bed, a soaking tub, and the best sunset seat in the house. The kitchen is fully stocked, and Rosa comes three mornings a week to tidy up and, if you ask nicely, make chilaquiles.
